REGISTRATION FORM

GENERAL GUIDELINES

🎤 Open to solo participants only.

🎵 Songs must be anime-related, Japanese songs, VTuber songs, Vocaloid songs, or anisongs.

🎶 Participants may sing in Japanese OR English version.

✨ Performances and outfits must remain appropriate for a general audience event.

📝 Registration is available ONLINE and ONSITE.

Deadline: May 23,2026 3:00PM

⚠️ Limited performance slots only. First come, first served basis may apply onsite.

PERFORMANCE RULES

⏱️ Maximum performance time: 4–5 minutes only.

🎵 Instrumental/karaoke backing tracks only.

🚫 No lip syncing allowed.

🚫 Explicit lyrics, gestures, or offensive performances are prohibited.

JUDGING CRITERIA

• Vocal Performance — 60%

• Stage Presence — 20%

• Audience Impact — 10%

• Overall Performance — 10%

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

⚠️ Participants must submit their music file before the segment starts.

⚠️ Late participants may be skipped depending on event flow.

⚠️ Organizers may stop performances that violate community or venue standards.

• Participants must be present at the venue before their segment starts.

• Event schedule may slightly adjust depending on program flow.

• By joining, participants agree to event photo/video documentation for promotional purposes.
